Free and Fair Montana is the ballot committee organized to oppose I-183 (the Montana Locker Room Privacy Act), a proposed 2018 ballot measure that targets the transgender and nonbinary communities for discrimination. I-183 is currently approved for signature gathering and proponents have until June 22nd, 2018 to submit signatures. I-183’s qualification for the 2018 General Election ballot will be determined by July 20th, 2018. The Free and Fair Montana ballot committee is seeking a Campaign Manager to serve through November 2018.
